An orientation meeting will be held at New Mission High School, 655 Metropolitan Avenue, Hyde Park on Thursday, March 24 from 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm. Attendance is mandatory for parents. You will have the opportunity to meet Kindergarten teachers, the school principal, our enrichment teacher, bus monitors, and current parents. I ask that you not bring your child to the meeting unless it is absolutely necessary. While we are excited to meet your child, the information we will present is only for parents. -Aaron Joncas, K-12 METCO Program Director

On March 21, we will be sending to parents their child’s Student Verification Form and an optional Parent Feedback Form.  The optional Parent Feedback Form for students in grades K-4 is an opportunity for parents to give us feedback when we’re creating classrooms for the 2016-2017 school year.  We cannot accept requests for specific teachers, but we welcome parents’ input regarding friends and learning needs.  These forms are due back to Alcott by April 15.  The placement process begins over the April break and any forms received after the break cannot be considered.  Thank you in advance for your support
