Summer Reading

Grades 1-5:

We encourage your children to participate in the Concord Free Public Library’s Summer Reading Program for Kids.

Here is a list of suggested book titles for reading over the summer: Alcott Summer Reading Suggestions 2023.

Many of these books are available at the local public library and/or on Sora.

Grade 6:

It is highly recommended that CMS students read one of the "Big 6" books this summer and complete a reflection form. Details for the summer reading program can be found on the CMS library website: Summer Reading 2023.
