HandholdMA.org is a family-friendly website designed for Massachusetts parents who are worried about their school-aged children's mental health. This site is designed to help families figure out if their child's behavior is something to worry about and if so, what next steps that they can take. It is available in 5 other languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Haitian Creole, and Vietnamese.

Project Bread
Provides resources to individuals struggling to put food on the table, including Food Stamp eligibility/Screenings for SNAP, referrals to community food programs, and referrals to other programs such as housing, utility assistance, etc.
