Alcott PTG Children’s Program – Kindergarten

Their book is called Dog-Gone School and it is a collection of poems and incredibly cute and funny photographs of dogs.   The presentation focuses on how to brainstorm ideas before writing or drawing or photographing.  Amy and Ron take the children through a brainstorming exercise of coming up with a story based on what they see in a series of photographs.  They leave the children with an idea journal of their own.  As a side note, Amy Schmidt is actually an Alcott graduate.
